Dr. Jared Carey’s career has spanned over 22 years. He graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts from Lubbock Christian University. In 2001 Dr. Carey received his Doctorate degree from Parker College of Chiropractic, along with a Bachelor of Science in Anatomy. After associating for two years with Dr. Kevin Sanders, he opened his own practice in 2003. Dr. Carey also kept the Lubbock Cotton Kings, Lubbock Lone Stars, and Body Works staff in peak performance.
In 2007, he and his wife Rachel moved to Aspen, Colorado, where he worked at the WIN Institute with Olympic and professional athletes. While in Colorado, his son Colton was born, and Dr. Carey began his specialization in AMIT (Advanced Muscular Integration Technique).
In 2012, Dr. Carey and his family moved back to Lubbock to be closer to family and friends. He brought AMIT and other therapies to Texas, not only to help his son Colton, who was diagnosed with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy, but to improve the health and longevity of his patients. The Carey family was blessed with another son, Canaan, in 2016. That same year, Dr. Carey helped form Foundation Health and Wellness with Dr. John Hodnett, Dr. Johnathan House, and later Dr. Jason Barker. Foundation Health and Wellness became a multidisciplinary practice with Dr. Marie Sbeiti and Dr. Ian Mathews, combining allopathic and nonallopathic medicine.
In 2021, Dr Carey received Chiropractor of the Year for District 12. He has also been awarded Top Doctor of the Year 5 years in a row. In 2022, Dr. Carey, Dr. Jason Barker, and Mo Siebetii founded Quantum Neuro Reset Management (QNR) to help Doctors better serve their patients and streamline their practices.
On February 11th, 2023, Colton Carey went to heaven. His family misses him dearly, but they know that he is fully healed and running fast, and they can’t wait to be reunited with him someday. Dr. Carey has been blessed with healing hands to help others and glorify the ultimate healer, Jesus Christ.
